Look at that – I actually have a couple somethings to show you!
I’m working on a pair of plain socks (with afterthought heels) as my ‘mindless knitting’ – and they’re a good ways done.
The yarn is Knit Picks Felici in colorway ‘Time Traveler’ (it’s supposed to be the colors of the 4th Doctor’s scarf!)
I recently bought some scrumptious Copper Corgi Jones Street Sport yarn to do a cardigan with. I was going to design something, but I’m kind of in ‘design burnout’ right now, so I decided to find a pattern to use that fit my criteria (cardigan or easily converted to such, colorwork at hem or yoke). I found the perfect pattern in ‘Rusty‘ by Steinunn Birna Guojonsdottir.
I’m planning on only steeking the yoke, and adding some waist shaping. But I fell in love with the colorwork flowers and think it will be perfect.
As you can see I only *just* started it, lol. 🙂
