I finished my Sheherazade shawl a while ago, but never got around to posting about it! Well, here she is!
Pattern: Sheherazade by Anna Victoria
Yarn: Juniper Moon Farm Findley Lace (50% silk, 50% merino) 1.5 skeins
Needles: (Can’t remember – I think it was a US4 or 5)
Started: April 3, 2014
Finished: June 26, 2014
Modifications: none.
I used gold beads, and I think they look lovely against the green yarn.
I still don’t have any pictures of me wearing it, though! I took it to NH and wore it one day. It’s a very nice size, and the silk gives it a really lovely sheen, too.
Sorry I’ve been quiet lately, I’ve been busy with my new job of reviewing MK notebook submissions, and we’re getting into a very full swing of things with our homeschooling! I also have a few designs in the works, so there’s not much knitting I can show you yet. 🙂
We have a fantastic Disney World trip coming up, so I’ll pop back in after that and fill you in on all our fun!
Until then, Happy Knitting!
So beautiful!
